Time of delivery depends on if you’re ordering a new or refill Australian drug from AustralianPharmacies.com.
- New Orders: customers usually receive new prescription drugs between 21 and 26 days from the time the order is placed.
- Refill Orders: those that order refills on their medication usually see shipment to their front door between 14 and 19 days from the time the order is placed.
Since we provide our customers with one set shipping fee of $14.95, you don’t have to worry about any extra charges or fees being added onto your prescription cost. The standard shipping fee is based on a per package, not a per prescription drug purchase. That means if you order two Australia drugs at the same time, they will be shipped together, and you’ll pay ONE low shipping fee instead of two.
PLEASE NOTE: Even though we try our best to package grouped orders together, we are unable to guarantee this. If this happens, your Australian drugs will be shipped separately and any additional shipping charges will apply.
We accept full responsibility for any loss or damage to your order, unless clearly not our fault (i.e. if we were provided with the wrong address).
